Document Controllers 

Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining a structured document management system for the assigned department, controlling records, distribution, and filing as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in controlling the receipt, issuance, and registration of incoming/outgoing letters or documents to/from external parties.
Ensure that all outgoing documents have proper reference numbers as per control sheets.

Coordinate advanced BIM processes to ensure design and construction excellence on large-scale projects in Dubai.

BIM Coordinator (MEP)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with project stakeholders (Design Consultants, Contractors, etc.) to support design and construction coordination using BIM processes.
Download, compile/integrate, and create 3D federated models for clash detection.
Review and audit BIM models from design consultants and contractors.
Manage modeling and coordinated drawing processes.
Adjust and update the Revit model as needed.
Conduct early design reviews and constructability analysis.

Drive on-site project execution with precision, ensuring high-quality construction while coordinating across all teams and stakeholders.

Site Engineers 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily construction activities, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors, and other departments.
Check method statements in consultation with Construction Manager and ensure approval by consultants for execution.
Supervise General Foreman/Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.
Review drawings as per site conditions and communicate to the execution team.
Prepare material requests as per site/drawing inquiries and ensure timely delivery.

Bring your expertise in civil and utility works to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects with quality and efficiency.

Draftsman 

Qualifications:
Strong experience in Utilities and Civil works related to Road & Bridge projects.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects in the Gulf, especially UAE. RTA experience preferred.

 Construction Managers

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure construction activities follow predetermined schedule and budget.
Review project planning, budgeting, and resource requirements.
Optimize utilization of resources (labor, materials, equipment).
Develop effective communication and conflict resolution mechanisms among participants.
Monitor construction progress and hold regular status meetings with sub-teams.
Review and propose project work plans and make revisions as needed.
