Occupational Therapist
Details
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients referred for therapy and develops individualized rehabilitation programs involving patients and families.
Responsibilities
• Perform patient evaluation to identify therapeutic needs.
• Review medical history, imaging results, and laboratory reports.
• Analyze patient functional requirements based on clinical assessment.
• Develop treatment goals and therapy plans.
• Apply skilled therapeutic techniques and monitor progress.
• Modify treatment plans according to patient response.
Requirements
• Preferred DOH or DHA license holder.
• Experience in occupational therapy practice.
• Strong patient assessment and rehabilitation planning skills.
Transplant Coordinator – Living Donation

The Transplant Coordinator supports living donation transplantation processes by coordinating clinical, educational, and administrative activities for patients and families.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify abnormal clinical findings and initiate referrals when necessary.
• Conduct pre-transplant interviews and evaluate eligibility criteria.
• Analyze clinical data and prepare transplant preparation reports.
