Retail Design and Delivery Specialist

Functional / Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of retail design principles, layout planning, and fit-out processes
Solid site experience and ability to review/interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Skilled in sketching, detailing, and design presentation
Basic understanding of MEP integration within retail environments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Strong portfolio with relevant design work
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or any 3D design software
Strong Arabic and English communication skills
Ability to conduct site inspections and coordinate with stakeholders

Senior Manager - Corporate Law

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from a recognized university
Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior corporate or real estate legal role within the UAE with a PJSC experience
Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial Companies Law, SCA, ADEX, Civil Code, Real Estate Laws (RERA/DMT), and Labor Law
Proven experience managing multi-entity corporate structures, preferably across retail, FMCG, or real estate sectors
Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value contracts and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English)

Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills

Data Engineer - Senior Architect / AM / Consultant

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field

Experience

10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing (DWH), with deep hands-on expertise in architecture, design, and implementation
Proven experience in Retail and E-commerce domains, with a strong understanding of business processes and data flows
5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud platforms, including services like S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and Kinesis
Strong development experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning, data modeling, and advanced SQL
Hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines using tools such as Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, and AWS Glue
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data transformation and analytics
Familiarity with CORTEX or similar data orchestration and governance platforms

Certifications (Preferred)

AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty
Snowflake SnowPro Certification

مدير أول – القانون المؤسسي

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في القانون (LLB / LLM) من جامعة معترف بها
خبرة قانونية لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قانوني مؤسسي أو عقاري رفيع المستوى داخل الإمارات، مع خبرة في الشركات المساهمة العامة
معرفة قوية بقوانين الشركات التجارية في الإمارات، SCA، ADEX، القانون المدني، قوانين العقارات (RERA/DMT)، وقانون العمل
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة هياكل شركات متعددة الكيانات، ويفضل في قطاعات التجزئة أو السلع الاستهلاكية أو العقارات
القدرة على التفاوض على عقود عالية القيمة وإدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة
إتقان ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية)

المهارات الأساسية:

فهم تجاري قوي مع القدرة على ترجمة المخاطر القانونية إلى تأثير تجاري
مهارات تفاوض وصياغة وتحليل استثنائية

الخبرة العملية:

خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في تخزين البيانات (DWH)، مع خبرة عملية متعمقة في الهندسة، التصميم، والتنفيذ
خبرة مثبتة في مجالات التجزئة والتجارة الإلكترونية، وفهم قوي لعمليات الأعمال وتدفقات البيانات
خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في العمل مع منصات AWS السحابية، بما في ذلك خدمات S3، Redshift، Glue، Lambda، وKinesis
