Responsibilities | المسؤوليات
- Plan and manage mobilization and demobilization of plant and heavy equipment across project sites.
- Coordinate transportation of machinery, including permits for oversized or overweight loads.
- Monitor utilization of plant, vehicles, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce idle time.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure timely availability of required equipment.
- Manage fleet operations including scheduling, routing, and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, Asateel, RTA regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, usage, and condition.
- Control logistics costs including fuel consumption, transport, and rental expenses.
- Manage subcontractors, transport vendors, and heavy lift service providers.
- Oversee documentation such as permits, gate passes, insurance, and registration.
- Implement HSE standards for logistics and transport activities.
