• Develop and execute overarching HSSE strategy aligned with client requirements.
• Direct HSSE processes across multiple contracts and project phases.
• Serve as the primary HSSE advisor to executives, client representatives, and government regulators.
• Lead risk assessments and root-cause analyses to achieve “Zero Harm” targets.
• Manage senior construction site representatives across project packages.

• Two decades of HSSE experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong strategic leadership, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in international HSSE standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to implement HSSE culture across complex projects.

 Senior Urban Designer

Work on diverse urban development projects, preparing masterplanning packages and ensuring integrated design outputs compliant with local and international standards.

• Coordinate masterplanning and urban design across multiple project stages.
• Perform complex urban planning and design tasks including research and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for integrated design outputs.
• Ensure project outputs comply with local authority requirements and planning policies.
• Contribute to high-quality project documentation and design delivery.

Senior Project Manager – Depot 

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of depot project delivery.
• Monitor contractors’ and PMEC performance against schedule, cost, and design standards.
• Ensure successful delivery of all depot package activities within the high-speed rail project.

 Engineer – Dry Utilities (Design) 

Support the design of dry utilities for major infrastructure projects, performing engineering calculations, design documentation, and material take-offs under senior engineer supervision.

• Perform design calculations and prepare drawings for dry utilities (power, telecom, related infrastructure).
• Develop material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and documentation according to project standards.
• Execute electrical engineering assignments using standard engineering theories and CAE/CAD tools.

 Design Manager (Marine) 

Take ownership of marine design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards, integrate across disciplines, and align with company and client expectations.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of marine design projects.
• Ensure integration and quality across internal teams and external consultants.
• Maintain high personal and project standards in line with organizational goals.
