MEP Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi (Ability to commute/relocate preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Coordinator with experience in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will coordinate and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects, ensuring smooth communication between consultants, contractors, and site teams, while maintaining compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at the project site.

• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Ensure proper installation and execution of MEP systems in accordance with approved drawings and standards.

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

• Plan and schedule MEP activities to meet project deadlines.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Assist in preparing BOQ, material submittals, and method statements.

• Follow up on approvals, inspections, and documentation as required.

• Maintain records of MEP work progress, coordination meetings, and reports.

• Ensure MEP works are completed within the set budget and time frame.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator.

• Immediate joiner preferred.

Senior Planning Engineer

Location: Dubai (Ability to commute/relocate preferred)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, towers, and villas projects.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Develop detailed baseline, revised, and recovery schedules for project execution, often using software like Primavera P6.

• Resource Management: Allocate and track resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to tasks and optimize usage.

• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes to project scope.

• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify deviations, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

• Cost Management: Assign costs to resources, develop cost breakdown structures, and use techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance.

• Stakeholder Communication: Attend meetings, coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams, and communicate project status to clients and consultants.

• Contractual Compliance: Ensure project activities comply with contract requirements, including milestones and payment terms.

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمهندس تخطيط في دبي أو أبوظبي.

• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة والفيلات والمشاريع السكنية الكبرى.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة الجدول الزمني: تطوير جداول تفصيلية أساسية ومراجعة وجداول تعافٍ لتنفيذ المشروع باستخدام برامج مثل Primavera P6.

• إدارة الموارد: تخصيص وتتبع الموارد بما في ذلك العمالة والمعدات والمواد وتحسين استخدام الموارد.

• إدارة المخاطر والتغييرات: تحديد المخاطر المحتملة، تنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف، وإدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع عبر الإجراءات الرسمية.
