Financial Coordinator – Emirati

About the Role:

Euro Mechanical is seeking an Emirati Financial Coordinator to manage finance-related activities between Customers, Sales, Internal Finance, and Operations. The role focuses on accounts receivable follow-ups, billing documentation, and coordination of Letters of Credit (LC) and bank guarantees.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Finance, and customers for billing and receivables.
Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and submission of all documentation.
Track approvals, outstanding invoices, overdue payments, and collection status.
Resolve customer billing queries and provide updates to internal teams.
Manage LC and bank guarantees while maintaining organized billing and contract records.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify process improvements and ensure policy compliance.

Document Controller – Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Document Control team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Implement and maintain document control procedures per company and client requirements.
Oversee logging, classification, and systematic control of all project documents (technical, contractual, drawings, reports).
Manage transmittals, revisions, approvals, and distribution ensuring accuracy and timely circulation.
Administer EDMS/SharePoint systems, conduct audits, and maintain data integrity.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing status reports and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

5–10 years’ experience in document control within EPC, Oil & Gas, or Shutdown projects.

Inside Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Act as primary internal contact for customer inquiries on Valve Services, Bolting & Machining, Pressure Services, and field support.
Prepare cost estimations, secure approvals, and issue techno-commercial quotations.
Manage ADNOC and key client tenders, including compliance matrices and submissions via eSourcing platforms.
Process customer POs, support invoicing, and maintain full traceability of commercial records.
Track offers, sales pipeline, and performance metrics; generate periodic reports.
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contracts Engineer

Responsibilities:

Post-Award / Execution Stage:

Administer contract handover to project teams ensuring compliance with terms.
Support project managers on variations, claims, extensions of time, and change orders.
Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and risk registers.
Support negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Maintain contractual risk and obligation registers.

Close-Out:

Assist in project close-out and final account settlement.
Support lessons-learned sessions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

5–7 years’ experience in contract management within EPC projects.
Experience with ADNOC and major EPC contractors in UAE/GCC.
Strong drafting, stakeholder coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in EDMS and interpretation of engineering documents/drawings.

تبحث شركة Euro Mechanical عن منسق مالي إماراتي يكون مسؤولاً عن تنسيق الأنشطة المالية بين العملاء، فريق المبيعات، المالية الداخلية، والعمليات. يركز المنسق على متابعة الحسابات المستحقة، الحصول على موافقات إيصالات استلام البضائع (GRN) من العملاء، تنسيق خطابات الاعتماد والضمانات البنكية مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية، وضمان دقة وسلاسة مستندات الفوترة حتى إصدار الفاتورة النهائية وجمع الدفعات وإغلاق الحسابات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المتطلبات:

المتطلبات:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة، علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، علوم البيانات، أو ما يعادلها (يفضل MBA).

معرفة قوية ببنية مراكز البيانات وتشغيلها وصيانتها.
