Safety Officer

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified UAE National Safety Officer to join our team
The ideal candidate will be an Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, committed to ensuring a safe and compliant workplace across all operations

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor company safety policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
Support training and awareness programs related to occupational health and safety
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards

Requirements

UAE National (Emirati citizenship mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in safety or HSE roles
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and best practices
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred
Excellent communication and reporting skills

Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Commission ACS projects across the MEA Region
Provide technical support and troubleshooting in line with SLAs and warranty coverages
Develop and conduct technical training courses for partners and customers
Support R&D pilots, product release testing, and share knowledge internally
Prepare and submit regular checkpoint reports

Candidate Profile

Diploma in Electronics (Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/IT preferred)
3+ years’ experience in technical service, commissioning, or troubleshooting in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions
Knowledge of IT systems, networking, and databases (Microsoft SQL/Oracle)
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Training delivery experience is an advantage

Material Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Validate and process all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to initiate timely procurement
Manage inventory and replenishment plans to prevent stockouts
Review and update safety stock levels quarterly based on business trends
Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with forecast tracking and material availability planning
Reduce unused stock through data-driven initiatives
Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — a smart, data-driven thinker with high ownership
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI proficiency for data analysis and visualization
Working knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) and understanding of MRP logic
Clear understanding of safety stock management
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and timelines

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير السلامة بالشركة.

المتطلبات:

مواطن إماراتي (الإمارة مطلوبة).

معرفة قوية بلوائح السلامة في الإمارات وأفضل الممارسات.
شهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.

أخصائي الدعم الفني (Technical Support Specialist)
