خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة الأنظمة أو البنية التحتية.
خبرة تقنية قوية في الخوادم والشبكات والنسخ الاحتياطي والأمن السيبراني.
خبرة في إدارة فرق دعم تقنية المعلومات في بيئة متعددة الفروع.
مهارات قوية في التوثيق وحل المشكلات وإدارة الحوادث.
خبرة في التعامل مع الأنظمة الحكومية أو التنظيمية (مثل RTA) تُعد ميزة.
