HSE Engineer / Safety Officer

About the Job:

Responsibilities include ensuring to carry out all necessary actions and work to the satisfaction of the authority (DEWA, FEWA, DM, etc.) and client.
Experience in work areas related to construction projects of power stations, substations, etc. is essential.
Previous experience in HSE/Safety roles, with relevant industry experience (power, construction, oil & gas) is crucial.
Minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
Reporting to the Project Manager, responsible for safety of the Plant, offices, buildings, equipment, personnel, and work at site during civil, electrical, and testing/commissioning phases.

Site Engineer - Civil (Sub-stations)

Job Description:

Should have Power, Transmission & Distribution Industry exposure.
Experience in HV GIS Substation construction projects at 400 kV /132 kV voltage levels.
At least 10 years’ experience after graduation, with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar GIS Substation Projects.
Experience in UAE / GCC is an added advantage.
Adequate knowledge of international standards and HSE.
Adequate knowledge of information systems.
Fluent in written and spoken English with good technical skills applied to producing reports and literate in MS Office applications.
Must have experience working within an ISO Quality environment.
Good knowledge of applicable design standards and codes is essential.
Supervise the civil construction works of 132kV & 33kV substations and projects during execution stage in line with approved drawings and materials.
Prepare daily site reports to monitor contractors’ civil progress activities.
Attend progress meetings with contractors and consultants when required to support superior/team leader.
Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per Authority safety standards.

Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience in a recognized career path.
Extensive experience in detail design of electrical systems.
Fluent in written and spoken English with good technical skills applied to producing reports; must be computer literate in MS Office applications.
Experience working within a quality (ISO) environment.
Good knowledge of applicable design standards and codes gained from a European power design environment (IEC, IEEE, ISO, BS).
Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility both as an individual and as a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in electrical distribution including calculations like CT/VT, Protection, battery/charger, and drawings like SLDs, layouts and profiles, cable schedules, HV & LV cable sizing, wiring/termination diagrams, HV/LV control circuit diagrams, electrical layouts, earthing layouts (including calculations), lighting layouts, DC & AC UPS system configurations, vendor electrical drawings, construction scopes.
Experience in very high voltage systems (400kV) is advantageous.
Knowledge of the BIM Model Design Review and approval process is required.
DEWA approval is desired and will be advantageous.

الإبلاغ إلى مدير المشروع والتأكد من:
- سلامة المحطة والمكاتب والمباني والمعدات.
- سلامة العاملين وسلامة العمل في الموقع خلال مراحل البناء، الكهرباء، والاختبار/التشغيل.

مهندس موقع – مدني (محطات فرعية) (Site Engineer - Civil)

المتطلبات:

خبرة في صناعة الطاقة، النقل، والتوزيع.
خبرة في مشاريع إنشاء محطات فرعية GIS عالية الجهد 400kV / 132kV.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع مشابهة.
خبرة في الإمارات/الخليج ميزة إضافية.
معرفة كافية بالمعايير الدولية والصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE).
معرفة كافية بأنظمة المعلومات.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا، مع مهارات تقنية لإعداد التقارير وإجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.
خبرة العمل ضمن بيئة جودة ISO.
معرفة جيدة بمعايير التصميم والكودات المطبقة.

المسؤوليات:

الإشراف على أعمال البناء المدني لمحطات 132kV و33kV أثناء مرحلة التنفيذ وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
إعداد تقارير يومية لمراقبة تقدم أعمال المقاولين المدنيين.
حضور اجتماعات متابعة مع المقاولين والاستشاريين عند الحاجة لدعم الفريق أو المدير المباشر.
الالتزام بدليل إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية وفق معايير الجهات المختصة.

مهندس تصميم كهربائي أول (Senior Electrical Design Engineer)

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

خبرة هندسية لا تقل عن 15 سنة مع مسار وظيفي معترف به.
خبرة واسعة في التصميم التفصيلي للأنظمة الكهربائية.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا، مع مهارات تقنية لإعداد التقارير وإجادة استخدام MS Office.
خبرة العمل ضمن بيئة جودة ISO.
معرفة جيدة بمعايير التصميم والكودات (IEC, IEEE, ISO, BS) من بيئة تصميم كهربائية أوروبية.
القدرة على إظهار المبادرة والمرونة كفرد وعضو فريق، مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

الخبرة الفنية المطلوبة:

خبرة في التوزيع الكهربائي بما في ذلك الحسابات مثل CT/VT، الحماية، البطارية/الشاحن، والرسومات مثل SLDs، المخططات Layouts وProfiles، جداول الكابلات، حسابات كابلات HV & LV، مخططات الأسلاك/التوصيل، مخططات دوائر التحكم HV/LV، تخطيطات التأريض، تخطيطات الإضاءة، تكوينات نظام DC & AC UPS، رسومات كهربائية للبائعين، ونطاقات البناء.
