Field Operator II

About the Job / Summary

Responsible for executing shutdowns, startups, and daily operations per established procedures and monitoring plant parameters to report abnormalities. Additional duties include performing plant patrols, maintaining logs, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as the PTW system and QHSE programs.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Perform shutdowns and startup operations as per the guidelines set by procedures and supervisors
Pressurize & de-pressurize equipment and pipelines as requested/required
Monitor plant parameters, report abnormalities, and inform the control room operator if corrective action is necessary
Respond appropriately to plant emergencies according to ERP procedures
Review pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges of all equipment and report abnormalities to the control room
Take gauge readings, analyze, and troubleshoot as necessary
Identify potential hazards, take immediate corrective action where possible, and report occurrences to the control room
Act as an Area Authority for PTW system for isolation for all routine planned and break-down maintenance
Check level/inventory of chemicals, consumables, etc., ensure they are at targeted rates and restored to normal levels

Sales Manager – GCC

Qualifications

University Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
Minimum of 10 years related experience in the market with a proven track record
Experience with gas processing, treating, and compression projects is required
Knowledge of integrating equipment in a total solution including construction and operations is preferred
Proven track record of closed and successful deals
Knowledge of market and customer specifications
Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, solve problems, communicate persuasively, be self-motivated, and work across time zones and multicultural environments
Organizational, team player, leadership, customer management, and negotiation skills
Computer proficiency and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Arabic is a plus

Mechanical Engineering Lead

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
15–20 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead position in the Oil & Gas Industry
Knowledge of mechanical engineering design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.
Experience in design, simulation, and services related to rotary equipment, mechanical systems, and piping
Experience in creating material selection charts, mechanical safety flow schemes, mechanical design bases, technical design instructions, and discipline work practices
Experience in conceptual design studies, FEED, and detailed engineering of mechanical static and rotary equipment and facilities including vessels, compressors, pumps, turbines, and heat exchangers
Experience in HAZID/HAZOP Studies, Process Audits, Safety Audits, and Environmental Audits
Ability to balance technical/HSE requirements against implementation costs
Ability to provide technical support for proposal works, prepare man-hour estimations, and raise technical queries to accurately define the project scope of work

Senior Mechanical Technician

Qualifications

Minimum Technical or Engineering degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning and maintaining natural gas reciprocating compressor packages
Minimum 2 field certifications from major gas engine and reciprocating compressor manufacturers
In-depth knowledge of Waukesha, Caterpillar gas engines, Ariel gas compressors, gas transmission systems, and other OEMs is a plus
Proficient in using various diagnostic tools, instrumentation, and software applications relevant to compressor systems
Strong communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to work in difficult situations with multiple stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control system components
Strong knowledge of PC tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel

تنفيذ عمليات الإيقاف والتشغيل اليومية وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة ومراقبة مؤشرات المصنع للإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات.
القيام بجولات تفقدية في المصنع والحفاظ على السجلات اليومية.
الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة وضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة مثل نظام PTW وبرامج QHSE.
الضغط وإزالة الضغط عن المعدات والأنابيب عند الطلب.
مراجعة قياسات الضغط ودرجة الحرارة والمستويات لجميع المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات للغرفة التحكم.
قراءة القياسات وتحليلها واستكشاف المشكلات الفنية عند الحاجة.
تحديد المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية عند الإمكان والإبلاغ عنها للغرفة التحكم.
العمل كسلطة محلية لنظام PTW لعزل جميع أعمال الصيانة المخطط لها والطارئة.
التحقق من مستويات المواد الكيميائية والمستهلكات وضمان توافرها بالمستويات المطلوبة واستعادتها إلى المستويات الطبيعية.

مدير المبيعات – GCC – Sales Manager

المتطلبات:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في السوق مع سجل مثبت من النجاحات.
خبرة في مشاريع معالجة الغاز، المعالجة والضغط.
معرفة بتكامل المعدات ضمن الحلول الشاملة بما في ذلك البناء والتشغيل.
سجل مثبت في صفقات ناجحة ومغلقة.
معرفة بسوق العمل ومتطلبات العملاء.
القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية، المتابعة، حل المشكلات، التواصل بشكل فعال، التحفيز الذاتي، والعمل ضمن بيئات متعددة الثقافات والمناطق الزمنية.
مهارات تنظيمية، والعمل ضمن فريق، القيادة، إدارة العملاء والتفاوض.

مهندس ميكانيكي رئيسي – Mechanical Engineering Lead

المتطلبات:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
خبرة 15–20 سنة في الهندسة، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي في قطاع النفط والغاز.
معرفة ببرامج التصميم والمحاكاة الميكانيكية مثل AutoCAD، SolidWorks، ANSYS، وغيرها.
خبرة في التصميم، المحاكاة، والخدمات المتعلقة بالمعدات الدوارة والأنظمة الميكانيكية والأنابيب.
خبرة في إعداد جداول اختيار المواد، مخططات السلامة الميكانيكية، أسس التصميم الميكانيكي، تعليمات التصميم الفني، وممارسات العمل الميدانية.
خبرة في الدراسات المفاهيمية، FEED، والهندسة التفصيلية للمعدات الثابتة والدوارة مثل الأوعية، الضواغط، المضخات، التوربينات، والمبادلات الحرارية.
خبرة في دراسات HAZID/HAZOP، تدقيق العمليات، السلامة، والبيئة.

المتطلبات:

شهادتان ميدانيّتان على الأقل من الشركات المصنعة الرئيسية لمحركات الغاز والضواغط الترددية.
معرفة متعمقة بمحركات Waukesha وCaterpillar، وضواغط Ariel، وأنظمة نقل الغاز، وغيرها من OEMs تعتبر ميزة.
إجادة استخدام أدوات التشخيص المختلفة، الأجهزة، والبرمجيات المتعلقة بأنظمة الضواغط.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء، والقدرة على العمل في مواقف صعبة مع عدة أصحاب مصلحة.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات ودليل التشغيل للمعدات.
مهارات قوية في التشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال للمكونات الميكانيكية والكهربائية ونظم التحكم.
