This role plays a key part in enhancing patient satisfaction by supporting the overall patient journey within the hospital. It focuses on delivering excellent frontline service, assisting patients and visitors, and ensuring a smooth experience across all touchpoints.
Support the Patient Experience team with frontline services and administrative tasks. Welcome and guide patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance. Interact professionally with patients and customers. Assist with inquiries and service-related needs. Collect patient feedback to improve services. Support emergency response procedures including Code Blue. Perform additional assigned duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience in healthcare or similar environment preferred. Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
Staff Nurse – NICU
We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, ensuring continuous monitoring and supporting recovery.
Provide specialized nursing care for newborns. Monitor vital signs and patient conditions. Administer medications and IV therapy. Operate NICU equipment. Assist in neonatal emergencies. Support feeding plans. Maintain accurate medical records.
Valid nursing qualification and license. Experience in NICU or critical care preferred. Strong clinical and communication skills.
Charge Nurse – ICU
This role combines advanced clinical nursing care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient ICU operations.Oversee patient care in ICU. Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff. Ensure patient safety and care quality. Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges. Allocate staff and resources effectively.

Consultant – Emergency Medicine

Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography. Valid professional license (MOH/DHA/DOH). Minimum 5 years of experience in radiography. Strong technical and patient care skills.
