Planning Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer on a contractual basis to support construction projects, create and manage schedules, and ensure timely execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare baseline schedules and update programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor project progress and provide weekly/monthly status updates.
Develop 3-week lookahead programs and highlight potential delays.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Prepare EOT justifications, recovery plans, and delay analysis.
Generate progress S-curves, histograms, and other visual reports.
Assist in resource planning and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in UAE-based construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Knowledge of construction site workflows and coordination challenges.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Junior Planning Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and update project schedules while coordinating with site teams to ensure timely project delivery.

HSE Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking an HSE Officer to implement health, safety, and environmental policies on-site, monitor daily activities, and promote a safe working environment in line with regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce site HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Report unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.
Ensure compliance with Trakhees regulations.
Maintain incident and accident records, and prepare reports.
Assist in emergency drills and response planning.
Coordinate with construction and subcontractor teams for HSE compliance.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety signage.
