Information Manager
Key Interactions:

Train team members on the CDE and effective information management practices

Work with IT team to develop disaster recovery and data backup plans to safeguard critical project information

Generate reports and analytics for the BIM Manager and Project Executive to assess information management performance

Collaborate with BIM manager, BIM Coordinator, clients, and project stakeholders to understand their information needs and preferences
Skills and Qualifications:

3–5 years proven experience in information management, preferably in an engineering design consultancy or related industry

Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 7817

Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security

Strong knowledge of CDEs, information management tools, software, and best practices

BIM and data analytics skills preferred
Structural Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Structural Design Engineer in buildings, with at least 2 years’ experience in the Middle East
-
Strong technical capability with reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, and post-tensioned structures
-
Experience with construction engineering and Contractor Design & Build projects; site supervision experience preferred
-
Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams with clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
-
Ability to function effectively as part of a team

Software proficiency: MS Office, ETABS, StatiCa, SAFE, SAP2000, RAM Concept, IDEA StatiCa, Strand 7, REVIT, Rhino, PROKON

Health and Safety Engineer
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Health and Safety role, with specific experience in building construction projects

Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations

NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) preferred

Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process from concept through detailed design to construction documentation

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure fully integrated, buildable solutions

Oversee and review design deliverables, drawings, and specifications for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements

Manage design schedules, budgets, and risks, and report progress to senior leadership and clients

Facilitate design workshops, resolve technical challenges, and support value engineering initiatives
