Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory Affairs Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pharmacovigilance Governance & Licensing:

Obtain and maintain the Pharmacovigilance licence from Emirates Drug Establishment, acting as the local PV focal point for assigned principal companies in the UAE.
Implement and maintain PV processes and controls in line with UAE requirements and agreed Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs).
Serve as the primary point of contact for PV coordination with regulators, principals, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear documentation of roles and timelines.

Adverse Event Management & Safety Reporting:

Collect, assess, process, and document adverse event reports received from patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
Ensure accurate and timely safety reporting to Emirates Drug Establishment and principal companies within mandated timelines and SDEA conditions.
Maintain robust PV tracking logs, case files, and data quality checks to ensure completeness, traceability, and inspection readiness.

Head of Ecommerce

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
12–15 years of progressive experience in e-commerce and digital commerce, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
Proven success in managing large-scale e-commerce P&Ls, driving double-digit revenue growth, and delivering profitability.
Strong experience across multiple digital commerce models (marketplaces, D2C, omnichannel, Q-commerce, subscription, social commerce).
Prior experience in FMCG, healthcare, nutraceuticals, or consumer goods sectors within GCC or international markets preferred.
Demonstrated record of leading cross-market expansion, digital transformation, and platform re-engineering initiatives.

Technical & Functional Skills:

Advanced understanding of digital platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, headless commerce).
Expertise in digital marketing levers (SEO, SEM, CRM, programmatic media, performance marketing).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
3–6 years of proven experience in inventory control within pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or regulated distribution environments.
Hands-on experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations with batch- and expiry-controlled products.

Technical & Functional Skills:

Working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles, FEFO, FIFO, batch tracking, and expiry management.
Ability to analyse stock variances, reconcile data, and identify root causes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

High attention to detail with a disciplined and structured working approach.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills across warehouse, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

الحوكمة والترخيص في اليقظة الدوائية:

الحصول على ترخيص اليقظة الدوائية من مؤسسة الإمارات للأدوية والحفاظ عليه، والعمل كنقطة اتصال محلية للشركات الرئيسية المكلفة في الإمارات.
تنفيذ وصيانة عمليات اليقظة الدوائية والضوابط وفق متطلبات الإمارات واتفاقيات تبادل بيانات السلامة (SDEAs).
العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لتنسيق اليقظة الدوائية مع الجهات التنظيمية، والشركات الرئيسية، والأطراف الداخلية، مع ضمان توثيق واضح للأدوار والجداول الزمنية.

إدارة الأحداث الضائرة والتقارير المتعلقة بالسلامة:

جمع وتقييم ومعالجة وتوثيق تقارير الأحداث الضائرة الواردة من المرضى، والمهنيين الصحيين، والصيدليات.
ضمان إعداد تقارير السلامة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمؤسسة الإمارات للأدوية والشركات الرئيسية ضمن الجداول الزمنية والاشتراطات المحددة في SDEA.
الحفاظ على سجلات متابعة اليقظة الدوائية، وملفات الحالات، وفحص جودة البيانات لضمان الاكتمال وقابلية التتبع والاستعداد للتفتيش.

رئيس التجارة الإلكترونية

المؤهلات والمهارات:

التعليم والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، التجارة الرقمية، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل الحصول على ماجستير أو MBA.
خبرة 12–15 سنة متقدمة في التجارة الإلكترونية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي كبير.
سجل مثبت في إدارة حسابات P&L لمشاريع تجارة إلكترونية كبيرة، وتحقيق نمو مزدوج الرقم في الإيرادات، وتحقيق الربحية.
خبرة واسعة في نماذج التجارة الرقمية المتعددة (المتاجر الإلكترونية، D2C، متعدد القنوات، Q-commerce، الاشتراكات، التجارة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي).
خبرة سابقة في FMCG، الرعاية الصحية، المكملات الغذائية، أو سلع المستهلك في دول الخليج أو الأسواق الدولية مفضلة.
سجل مثبت في قيادة التوسع عبر الأسواق، التحول الرقمي، وإعادة تصميم المنصات.

المهارات التقنية والوظيفية:

فهم متقدم للمنصات الرقمية (Shopify Plus، Magento، Salesforce Commerce Cloud، SAP Hybris، headless commerce).

خبرة عملية في العمل بالمستودعات أو مراكز التوزيع للمنتجات التي تخضع للرقابة على الدفعات والتواريخ الصلاحية.

المهارات التقنية والوظيفية:

معرفة بأنظمة ERP وWMS، ويفضل Microsoft Dynamics.
فهم قوي لمبادئ مراقبة المخزون، FEFO، FIFO، تتبع الدفعات، وإدارة تواريخ الصلاحية.
القدرة على تحليل الفروقات في المخزون، ومطابقة البيانات، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية.
