Role Overview:

Serve as a Consultant HSE Inspector for utility and infrastructure projects.

Apply strong technical knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE legislation, codes of practice, and industry best practices.

Proposal Engineer (Infrastructure)
Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze RFP documents, client requirements, and project scopes.

Develop complete technical and commercial proposals aligned with client expectations and company objectives.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and coordinate with cross-functional teams for inputs.

Ensure proposal submissions comply with client RFP formats, instructions, and checklists.

Draft clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents.

Prepare detailed subcontractor scopes and coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for timely quotations.

Deliver professional proposal presentations to clients and stakeholders.

مهندس عروض مشاريع البنية التحتية (Proposal Engineer – Infrastructure)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراجعة وتحليل مستندات طلب تقديم العروض (RFP)، متطلبات العميل، ونطاق المشاريع

تطوير عروض فنية وتجارية كاملة تتوافق مع توقعات العميل وأهداف الشركة
-
إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف والتنسيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لجمع المدخلات المطلوبة
-
التأكد من أن جميع العروض تتبع بدقة تنسيقات RFP وتعليمات وقوائم التحقق الخاصة بالعميل
-
صياغة مستندات عرض واضحة، مقنعة، ومتوافقة

إعداد نطاقات عمل تفصيلية للمقاولين الفرعيين والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات للحصول على عروض الأسعار في الوقت المناسب

إعداد وتقديم عروض احترافية للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة
