Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Lead resource planning, allocation, and project scheduling across all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Planning Engineer Cum Site QS

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

certifications include Management Professional (PMP), Certified Planning Engineer (CPE)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, control and site quantity surveying with UAE based main contractor.

Experience across various project types (e.g., commercial, residential, fit-out) is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of planning software (P6, MS Project…).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Solid knowledge scheduling techniques, and project management principles.

Head of Project Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects in sanitaryware and tiles

Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, architects, and developers, leveraging relationships to influence specifications and unlock business opportunities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks across multiple sites

Liaise closely with sales, procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution

Guide the specification process with consultants and architects
