1. Legal & Corporate Governance
We are seeking legal experts to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with statutory regulations across all group entities.
- Legal Advisor: Oversee entity restructuring, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and standardize corporate governance processes globally.
- Junior Legal Advisor: Assist in drafting commercial agreements, including charterparty agreements, JV agreements, and FIDIC contracts. Minimum 1 year of experience in Oil & Gas or shipping.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: Safeguard sensitive information and promote awareness of statutory formalities across the group.
2. Ethics, Compliance & IT Audit

- Senior Ethics and Compliance Officer: Design and lead the Corporate Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with international standards and ethical behavior.
- IT Audit & GRC Specialist: Assess IT controls, cybersecurity, and ERP systems using frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT. Manage the enterprise risk register.
- Vendor Risk Assessment: Perform third-party audits to ensure data protection and contractual compliance.
3. Marine, Dredging & Offshore Operations
Technical leadership roles for our extensive offshore and marine construction projects.
- Superintendent & Foreman: Roles available for Dredging, Barge, and Welding Superintendents. Responsible for project execution and team supervision.
- Marine Supervisor & Surveyor: Oversee marine construction works, conducting surveys and ensuring quality control on-site.
- Marine Electrician & Third Engineer: Maintenance of vessel systems and technical support for offshore assets.
4. Quality Control & Infrastructure Engineering
