Social Media Executive

 Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Social Community Manager to build and manage a platform-specific, trend-led content calendar that not only reflects Sephora’s tone of voice, but also delivers on key social KPIs across growth, engagement, and community performance.

Work with various stakeholders to develop inspiring, educational, and entertaining content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to amplify Sephora’s editorial voice and presence.

Ensure all content is created with both Arabic and English audiences in mind, reflecting cultural relevance across markets.

Curate and adapt visual assets received from brands and partners to ensure they are optimized for social use.

Stay ahead of platform trends, tools, and innovations — continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Attend and cover events, shoots, public appearances, and conventions to create behind-the-scenes and real-time content.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with internal departments and brand teams to align social media content with business priorities — from new launches and store openings to local moments and seasonal campaigns.

 Agency Management and Relations

Manage day to day communication with social media agencies and ensure timely delivery of content and deliverables.

HR Trainee (UAE Nationals ONLY) with verification

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in sourcing, screening, recruiting pre and onboarding of Retail UAE nationals.

Attend to all queries and requests of Retail UAE nationals in a timely manner.

Shadow People Partners in stores' visits.

Liaise with the applicants on completing the necessary recruitment documents required for issuing the employment contract.

Ensure relevant and required staff documents are scanned and placed on the sharing folder/HRMS at Sephora.

Coordinate with the applicants for medical check and visa processing.

Guide new joiners on joining their stores.

Assist the People Partners in filling the recruitment tracker and arranging for interviews with respective panel accordingly.

UX/UI Designer

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

The UI/UX designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for all our digital platforms. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology

This role leans more towards UI, requiring a strong eye for detail, visual consistency, and interface polish. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating and evolving design systems, ensuring scalable and cohesive user interfaces across multiple touchpoints.

Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across all digital touchpoints, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback.

Collaborate with product team to define and prioritize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and business objectives.
