Geotechnical Specialist Engineer

Company: Hill International

About the Role:

Provide expert guidance on soil, foundation, and earthworks engineering across infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Perform geotechnical analyses, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

Strong geotechnical and foundation engineering expertise.
Experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
Knowledge of design standards, environmental regulations, and site safety practices.

HSE Officer

Experience: Minimum 3 years in HSE field

Qualifications: HSE Level 5 & 3 mandatory

Requirements:

Experience in airport infrastructure projects.
Good technical/engineering knowledge.
Familiarity with UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE laws (ADOSH).
Membership in recognized professional body (IOSH) with CPD record.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, auditor certification preferred.

Planner – Infrastructure Works

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor progress, identify deviations, and propose mitigation/recovery strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for management.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, procurement, and cost teams.
Visit sites to validate progress and major milestones.
Support preparation and analysis of extension of time (EOT) claims.

Requirements:

Experience in large infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
Strong coordination and reporting skills.

HSE Engineer – High-Rise/Villa Projects

Experience: Minimum 12 years in HSE field

Qualifications: HSE Level 5/6 & Level 3 mandatory

Requirements:

Previous experience in high-rise or villa projects.
Good technical/engineering knowledge.
Knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE laws (ADOSH).
Membership in recognized professional body (IOSH).
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 knowledge; auditor certification preferred.

HSE Manager – High-Rise / Luxury Hotels

Experience: Minimum 15 years in HSE field, including 5 years in managerial role

Qualifications: HSE Level 6 & Level 3 mandatory

Requirements:

Previous experience in high-rise or hotel projects.
Strong technical/engineering knowledge.
Knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE laws (ADOSH).
Membership in recognized professional body (IOSH).

مؤهل HSE Level 5 و HSE Level 3 إلزامي.
عضوية في هيئة مهنية دولية معتمدة (مثل IOSH) بمستوى خريج أو أعلى وسجل CPD لمدة 12 شهرًا.
معرفة عملية بـ ADOSH (OSHAD) مفضلة.
مؤهلات ISO 14001 و ISO 45001 وشهادة مدقق معتمدة.

مخطط المشاريع – Planner (Infrastructure Works)

المسؤوليات العامة:

تطوير وصيانة جداول المشروع التفصيلية والبرامج الأساسية باستخدام Primavera P6.
متابعة التقدم الفعلي مقارنة بالجدول الأساسي، وتحديد الانحرافات أو التأخيرات، واقتراح استراتيجيات تصحيحية أو تعويضية.
إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية مفصلة ولوحات بيانات وعروض تقديمية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك الاستشاريين، المشتريات، المقاولين، وفريق إدارة التكلفة لضمان توافق الجداول والمخرجات.
زيارة مواقع المشاريع بانتظام للتحقق من التقدم مقابل الجداول المعتمدة وتحقيق المراحل الرئيسية، وإعداد تقارير عن أي قصور.
دعم إعداد وتحليل طلبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وتحليلات التأخير.
