Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Aviation, Ground Handling, or Customer Service

6–8 years of experience in Aviation, Ground Handling, or Customer Service

UAE/GCC/International driving license (for airside-based roles)

Load Control experience (Load Control specific)

Preferably First Aid trained

Data Analytical Officer
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop project plans for BI and analytics projects and initiatives
-
Support management in planning data requirements based on business needs and prepare required data sources

Collaborate with business departments to assess, gather, and document BI reporting requirements aligned with business objectives
-
Regularly review BI reporting to ensure alignment with business needs
-
Track BI and analytics projects against project plans and update plans as needed
-
Monitor ongoing projects and provide visibility to the Manager with recommendations or action plans
-
Source, prepare, and maintain data required for BI and Analytics projects
-
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain BI dashboards in analytics applications

Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements from business users

Qualifications & Experience:
