Senior Technical Sales T&D Specialist

Job Description

A trusted technical advisor on the Commercial Sales Team. Aligns capabilities to specific outcomes, creates reference architectures, and calculates potential solution value.
Strong understanding of power system operation — generation, transmission, and distribution fundamentals.
Hands-on knowledge in at least SCADA protocols, and functions. EMS, DMS, and WAMS knowledge would be advantageous.
Knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures.
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

GridBeats™ APM NPI Program Manager (F/H)

Qualifications

PMP certification or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on enterprise software development.
Proven track record of managing complex R&D projects in Agile environments.
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desirable.
Experience with Agile principles and methodologies is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with industrial operations, asset management, and predictive analytics is a plus.

Control and Protection Engineer

Job Description

Protection coordination design and validation, control, protection, and sequencing strategy specifications, parameters tuning to meet grid stability criteria specified in customer technical specifications.
Defining control system requirements for the software architecture, development, and verification.
Performing PSSE/PSCAD and PSSE/RSCAD Power system network conversion, modelling, and verification. Prepare RSCAD model and perform study on Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) model FACTS project.
Plant modelling in various simulation tools (MATLAB, RSCAD, PSCAD, etc.) and its verification, dynamic performance studies using both offline and online simulation tools.
Design and develop substation control philosophies, protection single-line diagrams (SLD), as well as control and protection, and SCADA systems, auxiliary supply systems, and associated equipment.
Develop and implement control and protection schemes for substation systems, including engineering BOQ, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications for both tender and execution stages.
