Junior Document Controller

As a Junior Document Controller, you will be part of the Document Control Department. You will support the setup, implementation, and monitoring of document management activities, ensuring that project documentation is properly registered, distributed, monitored, and archived according to company procedures, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
How You Can Support Us

Support the organization and logistic analysis of the project, including the analysis of all involved entities.
Assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setup of project progress calculation.

Telecom Specialist

Location: Soyo, Angola
Mission
Ensure safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance execution on Telecommunication Systems, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations, and international standards.
Tasks

Ensure that all activities within the area of responsibility are completed in full compliance with HSE requirements.
Acknowledge the involvement of the job role in the PTW system and verify the safety measures described in the PTW for the role’s involvement, including area preparation and restoration.

Buyer

The Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement process in line with Saipem’s policies and project requirements. This includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, issuing requests for quotation, negotiating terms and conditions, and finalizing purchase orders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The role involves close coordination with project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality materials and services while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers according to project and company requirements.
Issue inquiries, review bids, and conduct negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and contractual terms.

Accountant (UAE National)

Responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and supporting project-based financial activities. The role includes preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, tracking project costs, processing invoices, and assisting with audits and monthly closings.
Key Responsibilities

Record and verify all financial transactions in line with project and corporate accounting standards.
Monitor and report on project expenses, cost allocations, and variances.
Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
