Call Center Representative – Catering & Events
A leading catering and events provider is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, and support event bookings.Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to catering and event servicesProvide accurate information on menus, packages, pricing, and event options
Understand client needs, recommend suitable packages, and prepare quotations
Coordinate with events and operations teams to confirm availability and requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and confirmed bookings
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Handle client complaints professionally and escalate when required
Achieve daily and weekly targets for call handling, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction
