 Library Manager in the UAE 

Responsibilities
  • Assist the department manager in reviewing required materials for selection and acquisition, recommending a wide range of books, periodicals, and audio-visual materials.
  • Lend learning resources to students and staff.
  • Organize and maintain assigned collections.
  • Make suggestions regarding weeding, mending, and replacing materials according to college library policies.
  • Assist in developing and presenting a wide range of library programming.
  • Coordinate with the Manager of the Learning Resources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in library management or academic libraries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of library cataloging systems and resource management.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

 Assistant Professor in Public Relations & Government Communication

The College of Media and Public Relations at Liwa University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Communication, specializing in Public Relations & Institutional and Government Communication. The selected candidate will start in Fall 2027.
