Safety Officer / Safety Inspector
Job Summary:
To ensure adherence to safety standards on all sites as per regulations, client requirements, and company safety policy, creating a safe working environment
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement site HSE plan as per agreed project schedule

Regularly inspect site for adherence to safety standards as specified by government authorities, ATS, and specific project safety plan

Conduct safety inspections on site and send weekly report to HSE Manager and Project Lead
-
Prepare accident report highlighting cause of accident, propose corrective action, and implement to prevent recurrence
-
Identify unsafe practices on site, prepare necessary nonconformity reports, record the same, and follow up for corrective action

Conduct regular Tool Box Talks & maintain records
-
Impart training and awareness among all site staff and subcontractors in safety and first aid guidelines
-
Participate in management/client safety meetings when required
-
Responsible for overall HSE-related obligations at site
-
Ensure all contractors work safely in accordance with the site safety plan
-
Acts as point of contact for all HSE-related enquiries and emergencies for allocated sites/projects

Reports all injuries/accidents as per standard operating procedures

Maintain accurate administrative records of emergency drills and site inspections
Project Planner
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with good working knowledge of Primavera / MS Projects is essential

4 years of relevant experience in fit-out / joinery

Good knowledge of construction business gained through formal training or minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction; experience in fit-out preferred
-
Good knowledge of construction processes

Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera

Planning Coordinator (UAE National)
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare the production work programs specifying time required to complete each process such as material procurement, mobilization, manpower requirement, etc.

Coordinate with QA Team, Dispatch team to ensure project coordination of various elements of work

Monitor closely each process of the production in coordination with the Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and work is proceeding as per program

Prepare reports on progress and causes of program/progress variations

Attend production progress meetings, prepare and submit report to management as required

Review weekly progress report for all projects based on site visit and production progress review

Prepare production progress report for the perusal of management highlighting achievement against program; in case of delay, investigate the cause and suggest corrective action to redeem the situation
Senior Project Manager
Job Purpose:
To manage the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with approved design and quality standards, to meet customer satisfaction and maintain continuity of business
Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

10+ years’ experience in the construction industry in civil works, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role
