Quantity Surveyor
About the Job
Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our UAE team. Havelock One Interiors, established in 1998, is a leading turnkey fit-out service provider in the Middle East, specializing in interior contracting, bespoke joinery, metalworks, and sophisticated shop fittings.
Role Summary
Assist the projects team by supporting commercial activities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for fit-out operations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform commercial activities including contractual documentation and writing.

Prepare and track variation submittals.
-
Prepare progress billing.
-
Check Bills of Quantities (BOQs) against drawings to raise claims and assist the Project Manager with cost monitoring and control.

Assist in collecting and processing additional orders from suppliers for active projects.
-
Ensure compliance with the commercial framework.
-
Carry out QS functions, BOQ preparation, management, and measurement activities.
Personal Qualities and Experience
-
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and contractual procedures.

Ability to finalize contractual terms with contractors.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Familiarity with the interiors industry.
-
Good technical awareness, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.

ملخص الدور:
تقديم الدعم لفريق المشاريع في الأنشطة التجارية عن طريق التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لعمليات التنفيذ.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

أداء الأنشطة التجارية (مثل الوثائق التعاقدية والكتابة).

إعداد وتتبع طلبات التغييرات.

إعداد الفواتير المرحلية للمشاريع.

التحقق من جداول الكميات (BOQs) مقابل الرسومات لإعداد المطالبات ومساعدة مدير المشروع في متابعة التكاليف والسيطرة عليها.

المساعدة في جمع ومعالجة الطلبات الإضافية من الموردين للمشاريع الجارية.

ضمان الالتزام بالإطار التجاري للشركة.

القيام بوظائف مساح الكميات، إعداد جداول الكميات، الإدارة وقياس الأعمال.
المؤهلات والمهارات الشخصية:

مؤهل ذو صلة في مسح الكميات وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المنصب.

معرفة جيدة بخلفية مسح الكميات والعقود.
-
القدرة على إتمام الشروط التعاقدية مع المقاولين وإجادة استخدام تطبيقات MS Office.

معرفة مناسبة بصناعة التصميم الداخلي.

وعي تقني جيد مع القدرة على حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.

مهارات اتصال وشخصية ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بنجاح في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
