Personal Trainer

About the Role
As a Personal Trainer at Fitness First, you will guide and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles. Through expertise in human physiology, physical transformation, mindset coaching, and nutrition, you will provide personalized coaching, empowering members to make lasting lifestyle changes. You will serve as a role model, fostering a motivating and supportive gym environment.
Role Execution
Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor. Ensure brand standards are upheld. Provide market-leading fitness expertise. Engage members with motivational and fitness support. Deliver consistently across all Fitness KPIs.

Executive – Inventory Controller

Merchandise Control
Plan timely availability of merchandise to maximize sales during events, promotions, and new launches. Ensure delivery of goods from warehouse to store with timely GRN in SIM. Resolve store stock discrepancies in coordination with warehouse. Update sales staff on shipment details, new arrivals, and stock requisitions. Control damages and shrinkage, reporting regularly to management.
Availability & Replenishment
Maintain 95% availability of top SKUs at stores (80:20 analysis). Review store Min-Max levels and suggest changes to planning team to ensure optimum inventory through ARS.

Store Manager

Customer Focus
Plan resources effectively for customer service. Train staff regularly on product knowledge and selling skills. Implement and monitor high customer service standards. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Assess feedback from mystery shopping and prepare improvement action plans.
Sales & Profitability
Drive commercial performance while ensuring seamless customer experience within the store.

Store Associate

Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Maintain housekeeping and store standards. Acknowledge, greet, and assist customers proactively. Restock and merchandise floor as per brand guidelines. Replenish products effectively. Maintain fitting room standards. Perform multi-skilled tasks: cashiering, sales, customer handling, and back-store. Always adopt a “Never say No” approach with customers.
Qualifications
12th Grade / Graduation with 2 years of customer relations experience.

خطط لتوافر البضائع في الوقت المناسب لزيادة المبيعات خلال الفعاليات والعروض الترويجية والإصدارات الجديدة. تأكد من تسليم البضائع من المستودع إلى المتجر مع إشعار استلام البضائع في الوقت المناسب في نظام إدارة المخزون (SIM). عالج أي اختلافات في مخزون المتجر بالتنسيق مع المستودع. أطلع موظفي المبيعات على تفاصيل الشحنات والبضائع الجديدة وطلبات المخزون. تحكم في التلف والانكماش، وقدم تقارير دورية إلى الإدارة.
التوافر والتجديد:
حافظ على توافر 95% من أفضل المنتجات في المتاجر (تحليل 80:20). راجع مستويات الحد الأدنى والحد الأقصى في المتجر واقترح تغييرات على فريق التخطيط لضمان المخزون الأمثل من خلال نظام إدارة المخزون (ARS).

مدير المتجر

التركيز على العملاء:
خطط للموارد بفعالية لخدمة العملاء. درّب الموظفين بانتظام على معرفة المنتجات ومهارات البيع. طبّق معايير خدمة عملاء عالية وراقبها. حلّ شكاوى العملاء في الوقت المناسب. قيّم ملاحظات العملاء من خلال التسوق السري وأعدّ خطط عمل للتحسين.
المبيعات والربحية:
حسّن الأداء التجاري مع ضمان تجربة عملاء سلسة داخل المتجر.

مساعد متجر

المسؤوليات:
ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال خدمة مبيعات ممتازة. الحفاظ على معايير التدبير المنزلي والمتجر. استقبال العملاء وترحيبهم ومساعدتهم بشكل استباقي. إعادة تخزين البضائع وبيعها وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية. تجديد المنتجات بكفاءة. الحفاظ على معايير غرف القياس. أداء مهام متعددة المهارات: أمين الصندوق، المبيعات، خدمة العملاء، والمتجر الخلفي. اتباع نهج "لا ترفض أبدًا" مع العملاء.
المؤهلات:
