Job Overview:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will oversee daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.

• Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Assist in managing warehouse staff schedules and workload.

• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and vendors.

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.

• Identify areas for improvement and suggest operational changes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus).
