Requirements
- Experience in guest relations or patient services in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Surgical Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Manage daily surgical schedules to ensure smooth flow and optimal theatre utilization
- Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and managers on priorities and case needs
- Serve as the main contact for scheduling, patient coordination, and procedure readiness
- Update accurate patient data, forms, and case details in Cerner
- Maintain correct procedure codes and theatre utilization metrics
- Review pre-admission data, flag issues, and ensure surgical clearance
- Balance complex schedules, surgeon availability, room capacity, and urgent cases
- Support financial clearance and authorization processes
Requirements
- Experience in surgical coordination or OR scheduling
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
