- Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects
- Follow up regularly to nurture relationships with current and new clients
- Develop business with existing vendors and expand the product category base

Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development within the UAE
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the flowers and plants industry preferred

Details
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales, administration, staff, and customer service
- Manage P&L and ensure financial performance of the branch
- Retain existing customers through exceptional service
- Convert walk-in customers into long-term clients

- Introduce new products and perform market and price analysis
Requirements
- Graduate in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Operations

- Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries
- Participate in business development and client onboarding activities
Requirements
- Experience driving a 3-ton pick-up vehicle in the UAE
