Mechanical Engineer
Support servicing, diagnostics, commissioning, and testing of MTU and Volvo Penta power systems. Conduct hands-on engine maintenance, site work, customer coordination, reporting, and ensure quality, safety, and timely job delivery.
Strong technical expertise in GAS engine systems, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer focus, and minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
Innovation Specialist
Drive the organization’s innovation framework by managing the Innovation Platform and leading challenge-based idea campaigns. Configure challenges, manage submissions, facilitate evaluation cycles, and coordinate MVP development, pilot testing, and iterative refinement to improve customer journeys and operational processes.
Experience in innovation management, process improvement, platform administration, and ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Service Sales Engineer (MotorTech)
Focus on after-sales service agreements and alternative service solutions (repair, overhaul, and rewinding). Build client relationships, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful service delivery.
