About the job:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join Korn Ferry in partnership with our new client from the Construction industry.
As part of Korn Ferry RPO, the Recruiter will build and develop client relationships through excellence in the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and marketing candidates to clients in an onsite or offsite environment. The role is focused on candidate relationship management, as well as customer focus and responsiveness in customer contact activities.
The Recruiter is the expert on candidate tracking systems, search methodologies, and recruiting process efficiency.
Contract:
1-year fixed-term contract (FTC) with the possibility of extension depending on business needs

Skills & Experience:

Significant recruitment experience gained within an RPO, agency, or in-house environment, managing the full end-to-end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies

Experience working within the Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industry is an added advantage
-
Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required

Excellent senior stakeholder management skills

Adaptability in a changing environment, being able to manage changes in processes swiftly

STRATA Registration / Authorities Engineer
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and legal teams to resolve regulatory issues

Support clients in understanding regulatory requirements and compliance obligations
Job Requirements:

Proven track record in authority liaison and STRATA registration within contracting, construction, or infrastructure organizations

Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, building codes, and approval processes

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple authority submissions simultaneously with attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; professional certifications preferred
Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning & Strategy:

Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project schedules and business objectives

Ensure efficient supply chain management across procurement, warehousing, and distribution

Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to minimize costs and delays
Operations Management:

Oversee daily logistics operations, including customs clearance, inventory control, and fleet management

Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination
