Assistant Social Media Manager
You will handle the complete social media delivery and presence of Minimalist. Responsible for both strategic and operational goals, from ideation to conceptualization and implementation. Position based at headquarters in Dubai.
Plan and create quarterly, bi-annual, and annual multi-channel content calendars, social media strategies, and campaigns focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Implement, measure, and optimize social media strategies and campaigns. Independently translate design concepts into appropriate content. Manage content calendars, tag & organize relevant assets, maintain hashtags, and identify opportunities for sales and offers. Copywrite social media content and email blasts, plan, send, measure, and optimize email campaigns.
Social Media Manager

Graphic Designer
Play a key role in driving Minimalist’s visual identity across all platforms while collaborating with the internal team to conceptualize and design collaterals that adhere to brand guidelines.
Plan and conceptualize collaterals and brand visuals. Support marketing and branding strategies to ensure consistent and impactful visual communication. Design, modify, and finalize digital and offline collaterals including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and event materials. Maintain a cataloged system of finalized designs and revisions. Provide creative input and advice on branding, design best practices, and visual consistency.
Store Manager
Oversee operations and teams at one of Minimalist’s stores across the UAE. Engage directly with customers to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional shopping experiences.
Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision. Own store sales results (daily, weekly, monthly). Actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV, and UPT. Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Customer Service Agent/Representative
Function as the ‘face’ of Minimalist to customers and ensure that queries and concerns are resolved professionally and promptly.
Handle complaint management via phone or in writing; escalate issues when necessary. Answer customer queries, follow up on shipments, and update customers. Conduct abandoned cart sales by contacting customers to finalize purchases. Manage inbound sales by assisting customers who have started but not completed purchases.
