Manage front office operations, greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees, and ensure smooth administrative coordination within the office environment.
Office-based role Sunday to Thursday, with Friday hours until 2:00 p.m. on alternate weeks. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees professionally. Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup. Handle visitor registrations, liaise with building security and facilities. Manage courier services, mail distribution, and front desk supplies. Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and coordination with Facilities and Admin team.
Assistant Manager - People and Change
Support the end-to-end delivery of Organization Design and Workforce Planning workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and actionable insights for clients.
Conduct organizational diagnostics including spans and layers analysis, role and responsibility reviews, and operating model inputs. Develop organization design artefacts such as design principles, organization structure options, role profiles, governance and RACI models. Build and maintain workforce planning models and translate outputs into actionable insights. Facilitate client workshops and interviews. Prepare implementation plans, roadmaps, and workforce transition plans. Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Senior Associate - Financial Planning and Analysis
Partner with Finance leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans while supporting strategic business decisions with financial insights.
Develop and deliver annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans. Build and manage relationships with business leaders, finance partners, and operational teams. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning. Provide variance analysis on actual versus budget/forecast results. Design and maintain reporting dashboards for real-time KPI insights. Support process improvements and automation within FP&A. Assist stakeholders in mergers, acquisitions, and new business ventures. Manage monthly reporting cycles accurately and timely.
Senior Consultant - Transfer Pricing
Lead transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modeling, and documentation while providing strategic advice on TP planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CTA) or relevant master’s degree. 5-6 years of transfer pricing experience in a professional services environment. Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS Action 13, and regional TP laws.
Lead full workstreams of TP engagements, including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modeling, and TP documentation. Review benchmarking analyses and technical sections prepared by Associates and Consultants. Develop TP planning strategies and provide technical guidance to clients.
