 System Administrator 

The System Administrator is responsible for managing Data Center Operations as a core competency, ensuring high availability, operational stability, and optimized performance of infrastructure systems.

Commissioning & Setup

• Design rack layouts, implement cabling standards, and oversee hardware installation.
• Plan power distribution, redundancy models, and failover mechanisms.

Cooling & Environmental Management

• Manage CRAC units, HVAC systems, airflow optimization, and hot/cold aisle containment strategies.
• Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, and overall cooling efficiency.

Power Management

• Work hands-on with UPS systems, PDUs, generators, and electrical load balancing.
• Calculate power load requirements and manage infrastructure capacity planning.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Utilize DCIM tools such as Schneider EcoStruxure, Sunbird, and Nlyte for real-time monitoring.
• Generate health, utilization, and capacity reports for management review.

 Senior Administrator Unix 

The Senior Administrator Unix is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Unix/Linux servers and related IT infrastructure. The role ensures system stability, security, performance, and high availability across the enterprise.

Academic / Vocational Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.

Work Experience

• 5–8 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders; 7–10 years for Engineering Diploma holders.
• Strong hands-on Linux administration experience (RHEL/Ubuntu), including installation, patching, performance tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Management (50%)

• Analyze RFPs/RFIs and design tailored technical proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimates.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and SMEs to deliver high-quality responses.
• Create detailed Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BoM), and technical compliance matrices.
