The IT Coordinator (Sales Support) will act as the bridge between IT and Sales, ensuring smooth coordination of technical requirements, proposals, and customer solutions. This role supports the sales team with documentation, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and post-sales assistance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Coordinate technical documentation, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Assist in gathering and validating client requirements for accurate solution design
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demos, POCs (proof of concepts), and technical clarifications
- Ensure timely communication between the IT team and the sales department

المسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فريق مبيعات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لإعداد عروض الأسعار والمقترحات ووثائق العطاءات
- تنسيق الوثائق الفنية والعروض التقديمية والمواد التي يواجهها العميل
- المساعدة في جمع متطلبات العميل والتحقق منها لتصميم الحل الدقيق
- دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع، بما في ذلك عروض المنتجات، وإثبات المفاهيم، والتوضيحات الفنية
- ضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب بين فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات وقسم المبيعات
