Housekeeping Supervisor 

This role is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet 4-star and 5-star hotel brand standards, and leading a multicultural housekeeping team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise room attendants and public area staff to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain cleanliness and brand standards. Handle guest requests and coordinate with other departments. Manage inventory and support staff training and performance improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 star hotel experience is mandatory. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping SOPs is essential. Experience with Accor or similar hotel brands is an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager 

This role supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones in alignment with luxury hospitality expectations.

 Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily housekeeping operations across all hotel areas. Ensure cleanliness standards comply with 4 and 5-star brand guidelines. Supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure productivity and quality. Conduct inspections and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams for room readiness, maintenance, and guest requests.

Inspector 

This role focuses on inspection and quality assurance of residential and commercial units to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and readiness for handover and occupancy.

 Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of units to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify and document defects or incomplete work and ensure corrective actions are taken. Perform re-inspections to confirm issue resolution. Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the Handover Manager for review and action.

Irrigation Team Leader 

This role involves supervising a small irrigation crew under the guidance of a foreman or supervisor, ensuring efficient execution of irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead irrigation technicians and helpers in daily tasks. Allocate work and ensure completion according to instructions. Oversee installation and minor repair of irrigation systems. Monitor quality of workmanship and site safety. Report progress, material needs, and operational issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

Candidates should have relevant experience in hospitality, quality inspection, or irrigation/facilities operations depending on the role. Strong leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
