Manager Communications
Role Summary:
The Communications Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across Abu Dhabi Airports. Ensures consistent, timely, and effective messaging across all corporate channels in English and Arabic. Works closely with the Senior Manager Communications and Head of Corporate Communications to strengthen the brand, enhance employee engagement, support crisis communication, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities – Internal & External Communications:

Support communication plans and campaigns aligned with corporate priorities.

Draft and edit high-quality bilingual content for announcements, newsletters, speeches, and media materials.

Coordinate information flow across departments and maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
Manager Sustainability
Top Competencies Required:
-
Strong understanding of UAE sustainability strategies, national climate goals, and regulatory frameworks.
-
Familiarity with global sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, ISO 14001).
-
Knowledge of carbon accounting, ESG ratings methodologies, and materiality assessments.
-
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Strong project management and PMO capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Planning, Environmental Management, Engineering, Architecture, or an aviation-related field from an accredited university.

Professional sustainability or ESG certification from a recognized body (preferred).
-
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sustainability or environmental management, either in-house or with a major international consultancy.

مدير الاتصالات (Manager Communications)
ملخص الدور:

دعم التخطيط والتطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات الاتصال الداخلي والخارجي في مطارات أبوظبي.
-
ضمان رسائل فعّالة ومتسقة عبر جميع القنوات المؤسسية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
-
العمل مع مدير الاتصال الأول ورئيس الاتصالات المؤسسية لتعزيز العلامة المؤسسية، ودعم تواصل الموظفين، وإدارة الاتصالات أثناء الأزمات، وضمان مواءمة الرسائل مع استراتيجية المؤسسة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

دعم خطط وحملات الاتصال بما يتوافق مع الأولويات المؤسسية.
-
صياغة وتحرير محتوى ثنائي اللغة للبيانات، النشرات، الخطابات، والمواد الإعلامية.
-
تنسيق تدفق المعلومات عبر الإدارات وضمان الالتزام بإرشادات الهوية المؤسسية.
مدير الاستدامة (Manager Sustainability)
الكفاءات المطلوبة:

فهم قوي لاستراتيجيات الاستدامة في الإمارات والأهداف المناخية الوطنية والأطر التنظيمية.
-
الإلمام بالمعايير والإطارات العالمية للاستدامة مثل: GRI، SASB، TCFD، SBTi، GHG Protocol، ISO 14001.
-
معرفة بطرق احتساب الكربون، منهجيات تقييم ESG، وتحليل الأهمية (Materiality Assessment).
-
مهارات قوية في الاتصال، القيادة، التنظيم، والعمل الجماعي.
-
إجادة Microsoft Office.
-
قدرات عالية في إدارة المشاريع وPMO مع القدرة على إدارة مبادرات متعددة.
-
مهارات ممتازة للتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة داخلياً وخارجياً.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الاستدامة، التخطيط، الإدارة البيئية، الهندسة، العمارة، أو مجال مرتبط بالطيران من جامعة معتمدة.
-
شهادة مهنية في الاستدامة أو ESG (يفضل).
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال الاستدامة أو الإدارة البيئية سواء داخل المؤسسات أو مع شركات استشارية دولية كبرى.
