Job Description:

Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Logistics professional comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
-
The role covers a wide range of tasks, from administrative to strategic, on single “medium complexity” projects or multiple “low complexity” projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Estimate overall external costs for medium/low complexity bids.
-
Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during project execution in collaboration with the cost controlling department.
-
Submit all project Supply Chain inputs required to define and issue the Integrated Project Plan.
-
Issue and distribute planning and logistics documentation (Logistic Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams.
-
Ensure project material delivery (including spare parts and failed material repairs) aligns with project plans.
-
Launch production based on project requirements (Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders, advance demand) in alignment with schedule.
-
Issue Purchase Requests for materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
-
Monitor and report on supplier performance (including logistic providers) regarding production, FAT, lead time, shipment, project warehouse management, and contractual compliance.

Issue supplier logistics and supply planning documentation aligned with contractual requirements (Performance Bond, Transportation Plan, Procurement Plan, Fabrication Plan).

Identify and implement mitigation actions for risks related to supplier performance misalignments (delays in material FAT or delivery).
-
Create SES (Service Entry Sheet) and Work Progress Certificate (WPC) based on supplier achievement of project milestones, authorizing subcontractor invoicing.

بالإشارة إلى الأنشطة على مشروع أو عرض "متوسط التعقيد" واحد / أو مشاريع/عروض "منخفضة التعقيد":

ضمان إصدار تقدير لتكلفة الإجمالية الخارجية على عروض "متوسطة / منخفضة التعقيد".
-
ضمان التخطيط والتنبؤ بالتكاليف الخارجية (للمواد، الخدمات، الحزم، والمقاولين الفرعيين) خلال مرحلة تنفيذ المشروع بالتعاون مع قسم مراقبة التكاليف.
-
ضمان تقديم جميع مدخلات سلسلة التوريد الخاصة بالمشروع المطلوبة لتحديد وإصدار خطة المشروع المتكاملة.
-
ضمان إصدار وتوزيع الوثائق ذات الصلة بالتخطيط واللوجستيات على فرق المشروع (خطة اللوجستيات، MPS، تقرير المخزون، إلخ).
-
ضمان تسليم مواد المشروع (بما في ذلك قطع الغيار وإصلاح المواد التالفة) وفقًا لخطة المشروع وتنسيق جميع أنشطة التخطيط واللوجستيات.
-
ضمان "إطلاق الإنتاج" وفق متطلبات المشروع (أوامر النقل، أوامر الشراء، الطلبات المسبقة...) بما يتماشى مع جدول المشروع.

ضمان إصدار طلبات الشراء لجميع المواد والخدمات الخارجية والحزم والمقاولين الفرعيين لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.

ضمان متابعة وتقارير أداء الموردين (بما في ذلك مزودي الخدمات اللوجستية) من حيث الإنتاج، FAT، الوقت المستغرق، الشحن، إدارة مستودعات المشروع، والامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية.

ضمان إصدار الوثائق الخاصة بالتخطيط اللوجستي والإمداد للمورد وفق المتطلبات التعاقدية (كفالة الأداء، خطة النقل، خطة المشتريات، خطة التصنيع...).

ضمان تحديد وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف من المخاطر المحتملة نتيجة عدم تطابق أداء المورد مع المتطلبات التعاقدية (تأخيرات في FAT المواد و/أو التسليم...).

ضمان إنشاء ورقة إدخال الخدمة (SES) وشهادة تقدم العمل (WPC) استنادًا إلى إنجاز المورد لمراحل المشروع، مما يسمح للمقاول الفرعي بإصدار الفاتورة.
