Marketing Executive – Bilingual

Job Purpose

Support and streamline daily operations across INDEX Media and CMYK, while actively contributing to sales, client servicing, and creative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about both business operations and creative service selling.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support – INDEX Media & CMYK

• Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency across departments (media, events, talent, and CMYK)

• Support logistics for client projects, media productions, and event setups – from scheduling to material coordination

• Track and follow up on internal workflows, ensuring smooth handovers between creative, design, video, and client servicing teams

• Monitor and maintain inventory for print materials, equipment, merchandise, and service supplies

• Prepare reports and logs on deliveries, project timelines, and operational issues

Sales & Client Engagement

• Handle walk-in and online clients at CMYK, upselling creative and media services with confidence and clarity

• Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed sales by providing service information, quotations, and timelines

• Coordinate with creative and production teams to execute client orders smoothly and on time

Social Media Executive

About the Job

We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated team player who lives and breathes social media to handle, produce, and publish content on social networks and websites and assist in executing online campaigns. The candidate should manage time efficiently, handle projects, and complete tasks related to content and social media.

Main Responsibilities / Key Duties

• Implement social media strategy for INDEX Media and other subsidiaries of INDEX Holding

• Manage INDEX Media’s brand presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social networks

• Assist in creating engaging and interesting content (posts, videos, promotions, etc.)

• Create and execute innovative social media campaigns

• Manage a social media advertising budget

• Stay up to date on opportunities in the social media space

• Build and maintain relationships with social media network representatives

• Produce regular reports detailing the impact of social media initiatives

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis

• Participate actively in conversations surrounding content and brand, respond to comments, and act as a mediator

• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content and report to appropriate parties

• Create content for feeds and snippets across various social media sites

• Schedule and organize content from multiple subsidiaries on a daily basis
