 Intern (Training MIS/Operations) 

Support the Training Department’s Research Team by conducting structured market research, analyzing real estate data, and preparing internal reports and presentations that enhance training content, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. Internship at DAMAC Hills Office, minimum 6 months, immediate joining.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, and ability to interpret real estate data to identify key trends and insights.

Architect - Technical Audit & Quality Control 

Conduct regular site audits across active projects, assess architectural works for quality and compliance with approved drawings, identify non-conformities, review contractor quality procedures, maintain accurate audit records, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve issues.

Requirements

Relevant architectural or engineering qualifications, experience in technical audits, knowledge of quality control procedures, strong reporting and coordination skills.

 Assistant Manager – Training (Telesales) 

Details

Support the Telesales vertical by driving capability development and performance coaching. Deliver product training, refresher sessions, and training for new launches, conduct sales coaching and performance improvement sessions, and develop training content tailored to telesales operations.

Requirements

Experience in training, coaching, and capability development for sales teams, strong communication and facilitation skills, and familiarity with telesales processes.

 Senior Engineer - Planning 

Develop project-specific integrated Master Programmes in coordination with all relevant parties, plan actions with Design Managers and Project Leads, manage pre-tender risk registers, anticipate delays, and provide continuous updates for infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture. Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, strong project planning, risk management, and coordination skills.
