Senior Design Manager

About the Role:
Lead the early design and master planning stages of upcoming developments in Abu Dhabi. Oversee concept design, feasibility, and master plan approvals, turning ideas into well-defined, buildable visions. Collaborate with consultants, internal teams, and authorities to ensure projects meet time, quality, and budget goals while reflecting ZAAD’s design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and master planning from concept through approvals (RIBA Stages 0–1).
Manage consultants, tenders, budgets, and timelines across multiple project types.
Coordinate closely with Development, Commercialization, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
Prepare and present project briefs, reports, and design presentations for management and stakeholders.
Oversee submissions and approvals with planning and government authorities.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and external consultants to drive seamless execution.

Commercial Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.
MRICS or equivalent certification preferred.
12+ years of commercial management experience within UAE real estate development.
Strong FIDIC contract knowledge (pre- and post-contract).
Experience in cost control, procurement, and dispute resolution.
Solid understanding of local market pricing, contractor landscape, and labor costs.
Proven experience across mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects.
Proficient in MS Office and QS take-off/document control software such as Aconex.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, create processes, and manage deadlines.

Senior Project Manager

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
Proven record managing large-scale construction or development projects from inception to handover.
Experience with design and fit-out projects, including authority approvals.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Contract Manager

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; RICS or AACE certification; law degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years’ experience, including 7 years as Contract Manager; experience with PMC, developers, and large, complex UAE projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contract forms, with experience in pre- and post-contract management, drafting, change management, disputes, and alternative dispute resolution.
Skilled in contract negotiation, implementing new contract suites, and managing high-value projects.
Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
Experience with specialist Quantity Surveying.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; capable of coaching and building small teams.

خبرة 12 سنة أو أكثر في الإدارة التجارية ضمن تطوير العقارات في الإمارات.
معرفة قوية بعقود FIDIC قبل وبعد العقد.
خبرة في مراقبة التكاليف، المشتريات، وحل النزاعات.
فهم شامل لتسعير السوق المحلي، المقاولين، وتكاليف العمالة.
خبرة مثبتة في المشاريع السكنية، التجارية، ومتعددة الاستخدامات.
إجادة MS Office وبرامج QS take-off / إدارة الوثائق مثل Aconex.
مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية قوية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وضع العمليات، وإدارة المواعيد النهائية.

مدير مشروع أول

عن الوظيفة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة المعمارية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات.
خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة المشاريع، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في الإمارات.
سجل مثبت في إدارة مشاريع البناء أو التطوير واسعة النطاق من البداية وحتى التسليم.
خبرة في مشاريع التصميم والتجهيز، بما في ذلك الموافقات الرسمية.
إجادة أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera أو MS Project.
شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها يفضل.
مهارات قيادة، تحليلية، وحل المشكلات قوية.
مهارات اتصال ممتازة والقدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.

مدير العقود

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية؛ شهادة RICS أو AACE؛ ويفضل درجة في القانون.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، بما في ذلك 7 سنوات كمدير عقود؛ خبرة مع PMC، المطورين، ومشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة في الإمارات يفضل.
معرفة قوية بعقود FIDIC ونماذج العقود الإماراتية، مع خبرة في إدارة العقود قبل وبعد العقد، صياغة العقود، إدارة التغييرات، حل النزاعات، والوسائل البديلة لحل النزاعات.
مهارة في التفاوض على العقود، تطبيق مجموعات عقود جديدة، وإدارة المشاريع عالية القيمة.
إجادة MS Office، ومهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية واتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
