Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in assigned regions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust

• Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies in various regional markets

• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale follow-up

• Travel regularly within assigned regions to meet clients, oversee service delivery, and gather market insights

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience (any industry)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Male candidates preferred

• Based in Dubai with readiness to travel regionally

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written); additional languages a plus

• Experience in machinery or jewelry manufacturing equipment sales is an advantage

• Technical aptitude or background is a plus

Product Manager

Product Strategy & Development

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in jewelry manufacturing technology

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Liaise with international machinery manufacturers and suppliers for product sourcing and technical specifications

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers

Technical Support & Training

• Provide technical guidance to sales and service teams on machine features and applications

• Organize product demonstrations, client presentations, and technical training sessions

• Support installation and commissioning of machines when required

Sales & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional materials

• Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations for customers

Lifecycle Management

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements

• Plan spare parts inventory, warranty, and after-sales support strategies

• Define product roadmap, features, and specifications for machines (casting, polishing, CNC, finishing equipment)

• Identify new product opportunities and recommend improvements

إدارة الموردين

• التنسيق مع الشركات العالمية المصنعة والموردين للحصول على المنتجات والمواصفات الفنية.

• التفاوض بشأن الأسعار، جداول التسليم، ومعايير الجودة.

الدعم الفني والتدريب

• تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق المبيعات والخدمات حول ميزات الآلات وتطبيقاتها.
