Legal Operations Specialist II

Report directly to the META General Counsel and support the legal function across the META region by combining legal operations, corporate paralegal support, and administrative coordination. Strengthen corporate governance, entity management, and legal process efficiency while supporting business stakeholders and legal leadership.

Corporate Governance & Paralegal Support: Support legal entity management across META entities, maintain statutory records, filings, and governance documentation. Assist with board and shareholder matters, including preparation of resolutions, powers of attorney, minutes, and corporate documentation. Manage corporate licensing processes, renewals, and regulatory submissions to ensure ongoing compliance.

Service Operations Coordinator 

Streamline the execution of field projects by centralizing and managing administrative and logistical workflows. Serve as the primary liaison between Honeywell, customers, and site management regarding documentation, site access, and project compliance.

Documentation & Compliance Management: Draft, track, and manage work permits and safety documentation required for site mobilization. Ensure all project documentation meets Honeywell’s QMS and customer compliance standards.

Site Access & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customer site management, handle site access paperwork, security clearances, and gate passes for service teams. Coordinate vehicle and equipment entry permits and liaise with customer administrative teams for site-specific entry requirements and safety inductions.

 Intern – Field Service Engineer (Falcon Program) – UAE Nationals Only 

Gain hands-on experience at Honeywell while continuing your academic studies. Participate in real-world projects, attend training sessions, and develop both technical and soft skills under mentorship.

Attend scheduled training sessions and seminars. Collaborate on real-world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Participate in mentorship meetings and engage with managers for career guidance. Represent Honeywell at events and community outreach programs. Complete project assignments and demonstrate effective time management in a remote work environment.

Field Service Engineer I – Students – UAE National Only 

Work on real-world technical projects while continuing academic studies. Gain practical exposure to field service engineering tasks, guided by Honeywell mentors.

Attend training sessions and seminars. Collaborate on real-world projects. Participate in mentorship meetings and career guidance sessions. Represent Honeywell at events and community initiatives. Complete project assignments with effective time management in a remote environment.

Fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project), and ability to leverage resources to maintain project timelines.
