Structure & Composite Technician – Base Maintenance
-
Assist the Engineer to perform maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft undergoing Line & Base Maintenance Checks, including inspections, repairs, and component replacement, recording work to required standards and in accordance with Air Arabia and regulatory requirements.
Key Result Responsibilities – Operational Excellence:
-
Review assigned task cards with the Engineer to gain full understanding of work, priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions prior to starting work.
-
Prepare and perform scheduled maintenance according to assigned task cards, ensuring the required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions.
-
Carry out tasks to the standard necessary to fully identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.

Technical Trainer

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Management, Education, Adult Training, or equivalent; degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical engineering is an advantage.

Holder of an A320(CFM-56) type-rated AME license.

Training certificates such as “Train the Trainer,” “NLP,” “Instructional Technique” are required.
-
Approved “Human Factors” trainer is highly desirable.

Degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance is an advantage.

Project Management certificate or equivalent experience is essential.

Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting, and Quality Assurance certificates/training are an added value.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

مساعدة المهندس في أداء مهام الصيانة على طائرات Air Arabia والطائرات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة أثناء فحوصات الصيانة الخطية والأساسية، بما في ذلك الفحوصات، والإصلاحات، واستبدال المكونات، وتوثيق الأعمال وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة ومتطلبات Air Arabia والجهات التنظيمية.
