1. Intern (Training MIS/Operations)

Role Purpose

Support the Training Department’s Research Team by conducting structured market research, analyzing real estate data, and preparing internal reports and presentations to enhance training content and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, organization, and analysis using MS Excel.
• Interpret real estate data to identify key trends and insights.
• Support the development of internal dashboards, trackers, and databases.

2. Driver

Details

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company personnel, clients, and packages while maintaining vehicle standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel, clients, and packages.
• Ensure timely arrival at destinations per schedules.
• Plan travel routes considering traffic, road, and weather conditions.
• Maintain vehicle in optimal condition and comply with company policies.

3. Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract

Details

Oversee post-contract quantity surveying and ensure all payment, documentation, and budget processes are accurately executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation for advances, payment guarantees, and bonds.
• Submit monthly interim payments with required substantiation.
• Process interim payment certifications according to timelines.
• Review variations and claims, preparing substantiation for approval or rejection.
• Update project budgets based on payments and variations.
• Finalize sub-contractor and main contractor accounts.

4. Senior Engineer – Planning

Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture with 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects.

Fundamental Duties – Pre-Tender Phase

• Develop project-specific integrated Master Programme in coordination with relevant teams.
• Propose, plan, and monitor actions with Design Manager and Project Lead.
• Anticipate delays, propose recovery plans, and continuously update schedules.
