Engineer (Resident Engineer)
Quality Management:
-
Implement and monitor the QA/QC program on behalf of the Supervision Team, the Client, PMC (if applicable), and Contractors, ensuring plans align with Client/PMC expectations.

Review and comment on project documents, specifications, and standards; report any flaws or missing details in drawings or documents.

Coordinate timely reviews and feedback on materials and samples.

Assign tasks and monitor activities of ARTELIA AIRPORTS staff under supervision and collect feedback/reports.
Profile Specifications – Minimum Requirements:
-
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years’ experience as Resident Engineer; 5 years on large, multi-discipline airport construction projects.

Member of a recognized International Institution.

Eligible for GCC engineering membership.
-
Experienced in FIDIC contracts.
-
Familiar with ICAO and IATA rules and regulations.
-
Knowledge of local laws, international and regional codes & standards.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Senior Project Manager
Profile Specifications – Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in airport management, planning, aviation science, or engineering.

Minimum 15 years’ experience on large-scale construction or transportation projects; at least 3 airport project references preferred.

Thorough knowledge of engineering design, construction estimating, project budgeting, and scheduling.
-
Knowledge of capital planning, cost-benefit analysis, planning and evaluation, and risk management protocols.
-
Experienced in Project Management and FIDIC contracts.
-
Familiarity with ICAO and IATA regulations is a plus.
-
Excellent presentation, coordination, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of local laws, international codes, and standards.

Reporting & Relations:

Liaises with local staff and external entities relevant to job execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Review contractor submissions including method statements, materials, shop drawings, calculations, and mock-ups.

Attend progress and coordination meetings; provide minutes.

Monitor and supervise works to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Perform inspections, provide comments, and monitor contractor performance.

Ensure suitability and compliance of materials and testing equipment.
Senior Mechanical Engineer – Supervision
Construction Supervision:

Coordinate with other technical consultants, contractors, and trades.

Manage site modifications, submit variation orders, issue engineer’s instructions, and respond to contractor technical requests.

Ensure contractors obtain NOCs and necessary work permits.
-
Review submissions including shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and as-built documentation.

Provide technical comments on NCRs, IRs, and material approvals.
Senior Structural Engineer – Concrete (Supervision)
Profile Specifications – Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or similar.

Minimum 10 years structural design experience with 5 years on airport or commercial buildings.

UAE Society of Engineers membership and Abu Dhabi Engineering license.

Dubai Municipality approval (G+12) and PE certification valued.

Knowledge of international and regional codes and standards (ASCE-7, IBC, ACI-318, AISC-360, EN-BS).

Proficient in structural design software (Etabs, Safe, SAP2000, Robot).

Experience in large airport or commercial project supervision.
