Details:Play the role of TQD representative in the ADF Region to provide a direct interface to government, customers, and ADF-based TQD teams. Details:
The Senior Associate in Performance Management & Reporting manages and analyzes project performance data to drive informed decision-making. Oversees data collection, identifies trends and variances, and creates comprehensive reports and dashboards for management review. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine KPIs, implement process improvements, and enhance reporting through tools like Power BI.
Strategic and Planning: Support the development and execution of performance management strategies for monitoring organizational and project KPIs.
Engineer Operations & Maintenance HSE
Details:
Responsible for ensuring safe working practices in all TAQA Distribution water operations and maintenance activities. Monitor implementation of TAQA Distribution System Safety Rules to promote and maintain a safe working environment.

يُدير الزميل الأول في إدارة الأداء وإعداد التقارير بيانات أداء المشاريع ويُحللها لدعم اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة. يُشرف على جمع البيانات، ويُحدد الاتجاهات والتباينات، ويُنشئ تقارير ولوحات معلومات شاملة لمراجعتها من قِبَل الإدارة. يتعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتطبيق تحسينات على العمليات، وتحسين التقارير باستخدام أدوات مثل Power BI.
الاستراتيجية والتخطيط: دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة الأداء لمراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمؤسسة والمشروع.
