Government Relations Officer
What You'll Do:
-
Manage all trade license renewals, new applications, and branch issuances across Careem entities, and maintain an accurate database of entity creation and renewals
-
Liaise with government authorities (DET, DMCC, DSO, DM, Trakhees, TAMM) to process approvals of applications and resolve delays
-
Draft and submit official letters, applications and documents for approvals from relevant authorities, e.g., for fitouts, launch of new locations
-
Coordinate with the RTA regarding parking for delivery riders in and around Careem’s leased premises and logistics support for public spaces
-
Coordinate with internal teams for payments related to trade licenses, reservations, and approvals, ensuring timely payments
-
Support internal teams with government documentation and compliance requirements
-
Prepare, submit, and track KYC forms and other required documents for audits
Account Manager - Shops
What You’ll Need:
-
2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or business development - preferably in tech, e-commerce, or consumer goods
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel and dashboards
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
-
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
Product Manager II – Inventory Health & Waste Management
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and monitor smarter clearance workflows and expiry logic to minimize inventory wastage and expired goods
-
Implement store rebalancing strategies to move stock efficiently across the network, reducing localized stock-outs and overstocking
-
Establish rigorous processes to track and improve inventory health across dark stores and the broader supply chain
Supply Chain Visibility & Analytics:
-
Build and own "Tower Control" dashboards to provide real-time visibility into critical supply chain metrics such as CFR, rejections, and stock-outs
-
Partner with Data and Engineering teams to define marketplace metrics and refine models for replenishment and supply chain efficiency

Work closely with engineering, supply chain teams, and data to deliver impact

Use analytical insights to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and prioritize high-impact product enhancements
Inbound Operations Associate
Qualifications:

4+ years in inbound/logistics roles
